| | | | | Single Layer Variautos | | |  | The Variautos offered by Radio Electric is a simple & rugged method to control power, voltage & current. They are designed for heavy duty continuous use. They can provide high current rating, & overload capacity. Radio Electric specilises in design tailor made variautos.They are commonly known as Variac Auto Transformer.
This is a motorized version of Single Layer Variauto. We manufacture it using top quality motors, Micro Switches and rugged construction. The side studs and center shaft are well insulated from each other to avoid completion of magnetic circuit. Models available are 2 Amp, 4 Amp, 6 Amp, ….upto 35 Amp. For Models above 40 Amp, we use side wiping contacts. The commutatorsurface on these coils are machine processed and hence are very even and smooth. This ensures very less torque for the motor enhancing its life.
